At % Arabica, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Online Return & Refund Policy:
To ensure your complete satisfaction, you may return any merchandise within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). If you wish to do so, please email Customer Service at hello@arabicacoffeeus.com with your order number and contact information. We do not accept coffee bean returns. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund.
In-Store Return & Refund Policy:
Beverages
In-Shop Orders: If your drink does not meet your expectations, please notify a staff member immediately. We will happily remake your beverage or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Take-Out Orders: If there’s an issue with your order, please return the beverage within 1 hour of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Food Items
Food items are non-returnable. However, if an item is not as described or has a quality issue, please let us know immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
Coffee Beans & Merchandise
Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
Opened items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
