Cajamarca is a semi-dry, semi-cold, tropical highland of Peru with fertile soil at high Andean Mountain elevations. All of these factors contribute to the production of the Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica varieties, which create this beautiful coffee.

This bean is sourced from women farmers of the Women Coffee Project with Lima. The Women Coffee Project with Lima Coffees allows for women farmers to be paid a premium for their coffees. This program was born with the purpose of motivating coffee growers, and future generations of women to empower themselves and take the initiative to their quality of life and help make a sustainable life.

Tasting Notes: Fresh citrus zest and almond with mild fresh fruit flavors. Good sweetness and mellow tart citric acidity.
