% Brazil Guariroba is an exclusive single origin offered only online and in our roastery location in Brooklyn.

This coffee is sourced from the Campo das Vertentes region in Brazil. The varietal is Topazio. 

This particular bean has been processed using a 36-hour double fermentation method. This imparts a very fruit forward aromatic cup.

Tasting Notes: Fruity Pebbles, Cardamon, Ginger 

Body: Light-Medium
Acidity: Light

Cafe's preferred roast level for single origin drip is 2-4. 

All orders are custom roasted at our New York Roastery every Thursday and shipped on Friday. Orders must be received by 8:00PM EST on Wednesday for Friday shipping.
