This coffee is sourced from the Campo das Vertentes region in Brazil. 

This particular bean has been processed using aerobic fermentation which matures the natural sugars and floral scents of the bean.

Tasting Notes: Hibiscus, Almond Cake, Lavender  

Body: Light-Medium
Acidity: Light

Cafe's preferred roast level for single origin drip is 2-4. 

All orders are custom roasted at our New York Roastery every Thursday and shipped on Friday. Orders must be received by 8:00PM EST on Wednesday for Friday shipping.
