% Colombia Huila Monteblanco (Cherry Natural) is an exclusive single origin offered only online and in our roastery location in Brooklyn.

This coffee is sourced from the farm Monteblanco in the Huila region of Colombia. The varietal is Purple Caturra, known for it's deep fruit notes reminiscent of chocolate covered berries. 

This particular bean has been processed using a natural cherry anaerobic fermentation method.
