Sourced from the Sidama region known for producing the most coffee at the highest grades in Ethiopia. The cherries are picked at the perfect cherry red color that then are rinsed and dried from 8-25 days giving the beans notes of jammy red fruit balanced by dark chocolate and red wine. 

Tasting Notes: Dried plum, burnt sugar, cooked blueberry, and fresh bergamot flavors with wine acidity and fruit-like sweetness.
