% Indonesia Gayo - Empus Israk Estate is a single origin offered only online and in our roastery location in Brooklyn.

Sourced from the Gayo Highlands, a mountainous region that sits at high elevations in a cool misty climate that slows cherry ripening and creates dense, flavorful beans. Extended fermentation further deepens its character, resulting in a full bodied cup with low acidity, layered earthy notes and a smooth chocolatey finish.
