% Indonesia Java Ijen is an exclusive single origin offered only online and in our roastery location in Brooklyn.

This coffee is sourced from the Ijen Farm in the East Java region of Indonesia. The varietal is mixed, and is reminiscent of fresh jasmine and oranges. 

This particular bean has been processed using a natural method. 

Tasting Notes: Orange, jasmine, sweet, juicy

Body: Medium 
Acidity: Light-Medium 

Café’s preferred roast level for single origin drip is 2 or 3.

Café’s preferred roast level for single origin espresso is 4 or 5.

All orders are custom roasted at our New York Roastery every Thursday and shipped on Friday. Orders must be received by 8:00PM EST on Wednesday for Friday shipping.
