% Mexico - Finca Pocitos - Mundo Maya is a single origin offered only online and in our roastery location in Brooklyn.

Sourced from Finca Pocitos, a 20-hectare farm in Cosautlan, Veracruz by Carlos Cadeña, a 5th generation coffee producer, the Mundo Maya variety is a Nicaraguan hybrid created by breeding a Sarchimor type with Ethiopian Landrace. This creates a high-quality coffee variety known for its resilience and ability to produce a wide range of flavors. This particular coffee is characterized by its juicy, fruit-forward qualities.  

Tasting Notes: Cooked pomegranate with notes of cloves, layered tangy acidity, and mild candy like sweetness.
