% Arabica Blend is our signature blend used to craft the perfect espresso in all our stores worldwide. The Blend is tailored by our founder & CEO, Kenneth Shoji. Subtle adaptations are made over time in conjunction with coffee seasons, or as new lots come in to create an elevated blend to be enjoyed as coffee or espresso.

% Arabica Blend is always rich in flavor with subtle sweetness, a full body and a smooth finish. For the % Arabica Blend, we use only the highest quality single-origin specialty coffee beans available.

Our blend is always very chocolaty and great with milk or as an Americano.

All orders are custom roasted at our New York Roastery on Thursday and shipped on Friday. Orders must be received by 8:00PM EST on Wednesday for Friday shipping.
