This coffee is sourced from Rwanda and produced by Dukorere Kawa at the Nova Washing Station in the country’s Northern Province. Grown at elevations of 1,800–2,000 meters, this Red Bourbon lot undergoes anaerobic processing, where the coffee is fermented in sealed, oxygen-free tanks to enhance its sweetness, complexity, and vibrant fruit character. The result is a rich, juicy cup with layered fruit notes, bright citrus, and a smooth cocoa finish.
